As a caring member of Afghan women's society, she decided to move back to Afghanistan with her family in 2021. Madinah Kakar was the dispatch coordinator at Silk Road Treasures Inc., based on the U.S. East Coast, before joining Bost Maiwnad Flour Mill Manufacturing Company. During her tenure, she increased the company's market share by ten percent, expanded its global presence, and initiated a revolutionary customer relations program.
