Madinah Kakar was born into an educated family in the historic city of Herat, which is located in the west of Afghanistan. She moved to the U.S. in 2013 with her family. As a caring member of Afghan women's society, she decided to move back to Afghanistan with her family in 2021. Ever since, she has made a name for herself in the food sector as a dynamic and innovative leader who has a track record of fostering innovation, expansion, and constructive organizational advancements. She has led Bost Maiwnad Flour Mill Manufacturing Company to new heights in her role as owner, exemplifying a commitment to sustainability, diversity, and quality.

Previous Leadership Role:

Madinah Kakar was the dispatch coordinator at Silk Road Treasures Inc., based on the U.S. East Coast, before joining Bost Maiwnad Flour Mill Manufacturing Company. During her tenure, she increased the company's market share by ten percent, expanded its global presence, and initiated a revolutionary customer relations program.

Since becoming the investor at Bost Maiwnad Flour Mill Manufacturing Company, Madinah Kakar has overseen a period of sustained revenue growth, successful mergers and acquisitions, product innovations, and strategic partnerships. She has also brought the company up to national standards.
